About Us

Jennifer is a native of Florida, growing up in Tallahassee. Earning her undergraduate degree from Florida State University and her Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law in San Diego, she was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1997. After an eight year stint at the Department of Revenue as a Senior Attorney in the Technical Assistance and Dispute Resolution Section, her love of the water brought her to the Emerald Coast. In 2006, Jennifer opened Burton Law and Title, P.L.

Jennifer is devoted to bringing her extensive experience and professionalism to every case. Customizing her support to your individual needs and concerns, whether your needs are in Estate Planning, Business ventures or Real Estate endeavors. There will be challenges, but Jennifer can assist you in navigating the waters with a solid strategy.
